Full bathroom refits

The whole room in one go. Old suite, tiles and flooring out, whatever’s behind them dealt with, and the pipework re-run to suit the layout you actually want rather than the one you inherited.

  • Complete strip-out, removed and disposed of
  • Pipework re-routed to suit the new layout
  • Walls boarded and wet zones fully tanked
  • Bath, shower, basin, WC, taps and wastes fitted
  • Wall tiling or panelling and floor covering
  • Spotlights, extractor fan and heated towel rail
  • Sealed, tested, cleaned and handed over working

Shower rooms

Pulling out a bath nobody uses and putting in a proper walk-in shower is the job we’re asked for more than any other. In a standard room it’s a few days, and the space feels immediately bigger.

  • Bath removed and taken away
  • Waste and feeds re-run for the new tray
  • Walls boarded and tanked behind the tiling
  • Low profile trays, framed and frameless screens
  • Thermostatic mixers, rain heads and riser rails
  • Grab rails and easier-access options where wanted

Large walk-in shower tray fitted where a bath was removed
Dark stone effect wet room with level access shower and wall hung WC
03

Wet rooms

A wet room has no tray and no step — the floor itself is tanked and laid to fall towards a drain, so the room is the shower. Best answer there is for level access, and entirely dependent on the preparation underneath.

  • Floor built up, fully tanked and laid to fall
  • Level-access formers and linear drains
  • Walls and floor tanked across the whole wet zone
  • Underfloor heating where wanted
  • Non-slip and large format floor tile options
  • Frameless glass panels and screens

En-suites & cloakrooms

Small rooms are the hardest to plan and the easiest to get wrong. Door swings, headroom under a stair, whether the soil pipe can realistically be reached — sort those first and a tight room still works properly every morning.

  • Layouts planned around door swings and headroom
  • Corner and square enclosures for tight footprints
  • Wall-hung units to keep floor space visible
  • Short projection WCs and compact basins
  • Downstairs cloakrooms and under-stair WCs
  • Extraction for rooms without a window

Tiling, panelling & flooring

Tiling is where a bathroom either looks fitted or merely looks finished. Set out from the centre so the cuts fall where they should, joints running true, grout and silicone colour-matched rather than whatever was already in the van.

  • Metro, large format porcelain and mosaic
  • Vertical stack and herringbone layouts
  • Feature walls and full-height tiling
  • Waterproof panelling as a quicker, lower-mess option
  • Floor tiling, LVT and vinyl
  • Colour-matched grout and silicone

Single replacements

Plenty of calls are about one item, not a whole room. A shower that’s packed in, a bath that’s seen better days, a basin that leaks — we’ll change it over and leave the rest alone.

  • Bath and bath panel replacement
  • Shower and thermostatic mixer replacement
  • Basins, vanity units and taps
  • WCs, cisterns and concealed frames
  • Leaking wastes and traps
  • Heated towel rails and radiators

The bits people forget to ask about

A

Lighting & extraction

Ceiling spots, mirror lights, shaver points and fans wired in while we’re there — one less trade for you to book.

B

Heating & towel rails

Towel rails, rads and underfloor heat go in at first fix, when the boards are still lifted and the pipework is reachable.

C

Plastering & making good

Where the old tiling ended and the plaster gave up, we fill, skim and tidy so the finished room doesn’t look repaired.

D

Level-access bathrooms

Flush floors, trays with barely a lip, and rails fixed into something solid — for when climbing over a bath stops being realistic.

E

Help choosing

Send a photo of what you like and a ceiling figure, and we’ll tell you what will genuinely fit the space you’ve got.

F

Strip-out & disposal

Everything that comes out leaves in our van. No skip on the drive and no weekend at the tip for you.
